Key takeaways
- A company storefront is a branded online store where employees, customers, and partners get your merch — designed to your brand, not a template.
- Admins control which products are live and how they're configured, and can publish new products from inventory they already hold.
- Store credits let you hand everyone a budget and let them pick the merch they actually want, instead of guessing sizes and preferences.
- Gift cards cover people who don't have a store account yet — issued individually or in bulk, emailed with a branded template.
- Everything ships from Swelo's warehouse (over 50,000 square feet), whether the order came from a storefront, a pop-up store, or a bulk request.
- Print-on-demand is coming to the Hub, adding non-inventoried products plus international fulfillment without customs and duties headaches.
Everybody wants a branded storefront for their company merch — and I don't blame them. Branded merch storefronts are extremely popular, for a variety of reasons I'll get into here.
A company storefront is a branded online store where your employees, customers, and partners get your merch. In the Swelo Hub it's not a separate tool bolted on: products, orders, users, credits, gift cards, and fulfillment all run from the same dashboard.
Products
From within your Swelo Hub you can easily manage which products are live on your storefront and how they're configured, so you always have eyes on what's being offered. You can also publish new products to your storefront straight from items you already have inventoried. And soon we'll have print-on-demand products available too (stay tuned — more on that below).

Store orders
Easily keep track of every order submitted on your merch store. The store orders tab gives you access to tracking links, order information, and customer information, so you're always in the know on what's being processed.

Store users and credits
One of the hardest parts of your job as a swag buyer is finding merch that everybody will like. By leveraging your storefront and the store users feature, you can distribute credits to your employees, team members, or customers, and let them go to your storefront and redeem the branded merch of their choice. It's a win-win.

Gift cards
Gift cards are perfect for people who don't yet have an account on your merch storefront. You can issue them individually or in bulk and have them emailed to recipients with a branded email template. Gift cards are great for clients and for holiday gifting.
Inventory and print-on-demand
We can't talk about company stores without mentioning Swelo's warehousing capabilities and our upcoming print-on-demand feature.
Print-on-demand items are landing in the Swelo Hub shortly (as of August 2026, within about 30 days). POD lets you configure and add non-inventoried merch to your storefront — when someone orders one, it's produced and fulfilled on the Swelo side, one at a time. No minimum order, no stock sitting on a shelf.
POD also opens up international fulfillment and drop shipments: the item is made, decorated, and fulfilled internationally, taking away the headaches of customs, duties, and everything else that comes with international orders.

Frequently asked questions
- What is a company storefront?
- A company storefront is a branded online store where a company's employees, customers, or partners order its merch. On Swelo, each storefront is custom designed to the company's brand, and admins manage products, orders, users, credits, and gift cards from the Swelo Hub.
- How do store credits work?
- Admins distribute credits to employees, team members, or customers, individually or in bulk. Each person spends their credit on the storefront and picks the merch they want, which removes the guesswork of choosing sizes and styles on their behalf.
- What's the difference between store credits and gift cards?
- Credits are assigned to people who already have a storefront account. Gift cards are for recipients who don't — such as clients or holiday gift recipients — and are issued individually or in bulk and emailed with a branded template.
- Who stores and ships the merch sold on a company storefront?
- Swelo does. Merch is held in over 50,000 square feet of warehouse space and fulfilled from there, whether the order came from a storefront, a pop-up store, or a bulk shipment request. Tracking for every order is visible in the Swelo Hub.
- Does a company storefront require holding inventory?
- Not for long. Storefronts today sell from inventory held in the Swelo warehouse, and print-on-demand is arriving in the Hub, which lets you list non-inventoried products that are produced and fulfilled one at a time as orders come in — including internationally, without handling customs and duties yourself.

How I would run a corporate gifting program
Collecting sizes, picking one gift for a thousand people, shipping it all — corporate gifting programs turn into a headache fast. Here's the playbook I'd use instead: a few gift options, a pop-up store, and zero inventory up front.
Employee gifting, without the guesswork
Holiday gifting turns into a month-long headache when one person picks a gift for the whole company. Company stores and pop-up stores let every employee choose their own — here's how both work.
The Swelo Hub is here
One platform for company storefronts, pop-up stores, bulk orders, inventory, and shipping — built after four and a half years of watching teams manage merch the hard way.
