Choosing a method
Method matched to material.
Every piece has a decoration that suits it and two or three that do not. Here is how we decide, and what we will recommend when you send artwork.

Embroidery
Digitized in house on multi-head machines, stitch density tuned to the fabric weight. Fleece, polos, denim and headwear.
Custom patches
PVC, leather, woven and embroidered patches, heat-pressed or sewn onto hats, jackets and bags.
DTF
Transfers that hold fine detail on blends, performance fabric and nylon, where screens struggle.
Laser engraving
Permanent marks on drinkware, leather, wood and metal. No ink to scratch or wear off.

Nothing runs until you have seen it.

Questions
Before you send artwork.
- What file format do you need?
- Vector (AI, EPS, SVG) is ideal. Send what you have and we will redraw it if it will not hold at print size.
- Are there setup or digitizing fees?
- Screens and embroidery digitizing are one-time per design. Reorders of the same mark run with no new setup.
- Can you match Pantone colors?
- Yes for screen print and embroidery thread. DTF and engraving are approximations, and the proof shows you what to expect.
- Can we mix methods on one order?
- Yes. Embroidered fleece, screen-printed tees and engraved tumblers ship on one order with one proof round.
