Warehouse and shipping

Where is Swelo’s warehouse?

Salt Lake City, Utah. Inventory counts are live in Hub. The warehouse is the same facility that kits, pick/packs, and ships company-store orders. Details: fulfillment.

How fast does Swelo ship?

In-stock orders leave within 24–48 hours (public site: fulfillment, company stores, homepage). That clock starts when the item is on the shelf, not when artwork is still in proof. Made-to-order pieces and new decoration add production time. Confirm the SLA for your mix on a demo — public pages change.

Can Swelo warehouse merch we bought from another vendor?

Yes. Send it in. Fulfillment receives, counts it in, and ships it alongside Swelo-sourced goods. Trade-show round trips (send booth materials out, inspect and restock what comes back) are on the fulfillment page. Third-party receiving is billed; current fees are on /pricing.

Does Swelo mark up shipping?

No. The fulfillment page: carrier rates pass through from fulfillment partners. Plan-level discounts, if any, are on /pricing. Shipping costs what shipping costs.

Does Swelo ship internationally?

Not a published country list. Ask on the demo for the destination and the service level. Do not assume a market is in-network because a gifting platform lists 150+ countries. Domestic ship-to-home (new hires, remote employees) is the documented motion.

Hub, Plus, and the company store

What is Swelo Hub vs Plus vs the company store?

Three layers, one program:

• Hub (hub.swelo.co) is the merch owner’s dashboard: 2,600+ curated catalog, AI product search, bulk quotes, proofs, brand asset library, live inventory. A free Hub account exists on /pricing.
• The company store is the storefront employees, new hires, or guests order from. Live pattern: store.swelo.co. Confirm the exact subdomain on a demo.
• Plus is the plan that includes that always-on storefront, plus gift cards and store credits. Lite (on /pricing) is pop-ups and inventory without a persistent company store. Enterprise is custom-built stores and a dedicated team.

Hub is where you work. The store is where they order. Plus (or Enterprise) is how the store is billed. You can quote a bulk order in Hub without a store.

Do we need a company store to buy merch or send kits?

No. Source, decorate, kit, and ship from Hub as a project. The store is the layer for ongoing self-serve, credits, gift codes, and an always-on catalog. Onboarding kits and kitting work either way.

What is a Swelo pop-up store?

A time-boxed storefront for a trade show, launch, holiday, or gifting window. Recipients pick a gift; the pop-up page can capture name, email, size, and address. It can run without an always-on company store (Lite). Custom pop-ups sit on Enterprise. Details: pop-up stores.

Does Swelo do inventory, made-to-order, or both?

Both. Stock bestsellers; make the long tail to order so you do not buy sizes you will not use. The store and the warehouse share one count. That mix is documented on company stores.

Credits, storage, and plans

How do Swelo store credits, gift codes, and budgets work?

The company-stores page: issue employee credits for holidays or milestones, individually or in bulk; generate one-time gift codes with guest checkout (no account required). Grants are tracked in Hub. Exact expiry, unused balances, department wallets, and any HRIS trigger are not a published spec — confirm on a demo. Swelo does not claim Workday or other native HRIS integrations. Start at company stores and employee recognition.

How much does Swelo storage cost?

Do not use an old rate card. Live /pricing bills storage per item, monthly, on inventory on hand as of the 1st — not six months of leftovers up front. Size bands (small / medium / large / assembled packs) and pick/pack fees are on that page and change by plan. For a mixed catalog, ask for a quote on the demo. Structure only: receiving on Swelo-purchased goods is free; third-party receiving is billed.

What does Swelo cost?

Current numbers live on /pricing. Public plans: Free Hub account; Lite for pop-ups and inventory; Plus for the company store; Enterprise custom. Annual billing, rewards percentages, storage, and fulfillment fees are on that page — use it instead of a screenshot or an old quote.

How do Swelo Rewards work?

A rebate on your bulk orders, not an employee perks wallet. Public /pricing lists a percentage back by plan (Lite / Plus / Enterprise), with points landing when the invoice is paid. Use the live card, not an old screenshot. Employee store credits are a different wallet.

Catalog, decoration, kits

What is in the Swelo catalog?

2,600+ curated products, including Nike, YETI, Stanley, Oakley, and Comfort Colors, plus quality blanks. AI product search in Hub. This is not an open promo marketplace. Sourcing page: branded merch.

What decoration methods does Swelo use?

Matched to the piece. Live on decoration: embroidery, screen print, DTF, custom patches, and laser engraving. Digital proof on every order; nothing runs until you have seen it in Hub. Mix methods on one order. Setup, Pantone, and typical-run notes stay on that page so this FAQ does not go stale.

How do new-hire kits work if we do not have an HRIS integration?

Kit + warehouse + ship to the start date from Hub. Remote employees get a home address; bulk kits can go to an office. We do not publish native Workday / BambooHR kit triggers — if you need that automation, bring it to the demo. Walkthrough: onboarding kits.

How do we start with Swelo?
